| May 2024 | Intro to Docker and Apptainer (In-person @ UNL) This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools with docker and Apptainer images and containers, including building custom images, running docker containers, and utilizing Apptainer to run containers for scientific workflows. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems. |
